Dear Family,

            On behalf of Premier Pediatric Concierge Care (“Premier Care”), I would like to personally welcome your family!

You have made a wonderful decision to be a part of a more personalized approach to caring for your child(ren).  I am deeply committed to enhancing the health and wellness of your family through this new model of care that I have created exclusively for my patients.

For the past twenty-two (22) years, I have been a Pediatrician and seen many healthcare changes occur over the years.  Premier Care will offer a more positive change that is family centered, service oriented and focused on the body, mind and spirit.
 
Currently, Washington Pediatric Associates has a patient population of more than 8,000 children.  Given my capacity, I must limit enrollment in the concierge program to a select number of families. 

Please complete and submit the Enrollment Materials as soon as possible.  We will enroll new members on a first come/first serve basis, until we have reached our allotted number of patients during the month of June and the first two weeks of July.
